.... what are we all up to this evening?? I'm trying to think of something to fix for dinner.... I forgot to take something out of the freezer this morning 😕

nothing exciting im afraid..

watching a rerun of friends on e4 then mite either put a dvd on unless i can find summat else on tv, waiting for a text message from aussie and cooking a frozen chicken curry ready meal in the microwave dinner will be ready in about 6mins haha

Not much here. I am watching desperate housewives.

I've just thrown some chicken cutlets in the microwave to thaw out, might make some chicken tenders or cheat and use the shake n bake stuff I have!

oooo shake and bake that sounds funky? what is some form of sauce??

You can get it in different flavors for different types of meat... basically you just take pork cutlets or chicken cutlets, put them in a` bag with some premade coating with seasonings, shake em up to coat them and then bake in the oven, nice and easy! 😀

I think we're going with the bbq glaze this time 😀

In the box are the seasoning pack and the shaker bags, they make it sooooo easy!

lol. That sounds great. We do have Kraft over here, but not shake and bake. I think most of us only know Kraft for processed cheese slices in this country? Great idea though, we'll have you shipping them over to us tammy. Maybe that could be your new job? e-mail Kraft and ask if they need an oversees promoter for their product 😀 lol. Xx

Lol sorry tammy! How daft am i being tonight? rofl. Ellee was spot on hun. In spain it is usually seafood like mussels, prawns, squid, snails etc. Or meat like chicken and rabbit etc. Depending on what part of the country you are in. Mine was smoked sausage, veg, chicken and prawns. It is very easy to make and fairly healthy and tasty too Xx

and Aaralyn likes all that stuff! I might need a recipe for it.. hint hint!

Thanks ellee! I can give you my recipe for it too hun if you want just ask. I have a habit of sort of making things up as i go along, and don't follow recipes to the letter very well. Once i have a recipe i like though i stick to it (although sometimes i play around with ingredients, but stick to same principle) anyway recipe for the paella is an old favourite Xx
