Welcome to JustParents. If you do not have an immediate question to ask, a great place to begin is to introduce yourself and tell the community a little about you.

Sometimes our emails are delayed, filtered into spam, or blocked by your email provider. If you cannot find your registration email in your inbox or junk folder, please contact us with the email address you used to register and we can help.

You can log in using either your username or your email address, along with the password you created when you registered.
If you remember either your username or email address, you can reset your password here.

If you cannot remember either, the quickest option is usually to register a new account.

Parenting communities often use abbreviations for common phrases. Here are some of the ones you may see on JustParents. If you are unsure about one that is not listed here, feel free to ask the poster what they mean.

Some JustParents features rely on browser cookies and JavaScript to work properly. JustParents sends out several types of emails:

• Occasional newsletters about site features and updates. These may also include selected partner offers, but we never sell members' email addresses to advertisers.
• Reminder emails, for example if you have not logged in for a while or if you have a journal on JustParents that has been inactive.
• Notification emails, for example if you receive a new direct message or someone replies to a forum topic you started.

Every email you receive from JustParents includes an unsubscribe link in the footer, which lets you stop that type of email immediately.

You can also manage your email preferences by editing your profile.
