I've just come back from a couple of days away and it's made me really protective over my two. It's so frightening, I got a sense of dread if dd ran a few feet away I can not imagine how those parents are feeling

I switched the news on first thing this morning after last night's developments. It looks like they are preparing to search the area and think I heard reports that they are getting sniffer dogs in - then my other half turned the tv over for Josh so will have to trawl the internet for latest stuff

Lets hope this latest arrest leads to a positive outcome...there has to be a conclusion to this story, good or bad, I hope, with all my heart, it's good!
I'v only heard about this through this site, nothing on American news about it. I am hoping and praying for a post about how she was found safe and alive. No matter where this kind of thing happens, when there are children involved it touches so close to home.
Lets hope it leads to somthing 🙁
I finally heard a report about this on American news (Today Show) this morning. Of course it was just reporting what you all know already that the people arrested had nothing to do with the kidnapping. They should be punished to the extent for doing what they did to Maddie's family though!!!

I don't think she's alive now because even if the person who took her didn't intend to harm her I think now they would maybe have had to 'get rid of her' so as they didn't get caught with her. I know it's awful to think about but I can see this investigation going on for a very long time
