What forums on this site is everyone chatting on? Just this one or the others too?
Also is there a way to see what posts I have not read like on the Ak site?
If you click 'New Forum Posts' in the very top right near the picture of the children, it'll show you the latest forum posts from every forum on JP.
If you leave the site and come back another time, this same button will show you every thread that has new posts since you were last here.

Tam-do not want a pet-have 5 kids-eeezzz enuf! Although Noa seems to adore animals (don't know how she can be my child as I definately do not adore animals-heehee)
I've not defected from AK (I've not heard of it sorry 😊 I'm still quite new to all this)
I was on the M&B forum but no one would make friends with me 🙁 , I think it was just hard to integrate as a lot of the women were on there from day one, well that and the fact it was taking 10 mins to load every page! (I've an ancient laptop too that doesn't help lol)!
It is really well laid out here and I feel really welcome, thanks ladies & gents x
This site does seem pretty friendly as is the AK (annabel karmel) website. Some people have joined here cause that site has gotten a bit slow lately-must be having server issues cause has now about 6000+ members and it only started up in October I think.

LOL I see what you mean about the server issues, I can't get on. The site looks great for recipe ideas though, I'll definitely have a good look around as I'm having the age old problem of getting veggies into my DD! 😬
I hadnt heard of AK before, just taken a look and it looks alright. Might pop over there for a proper gander - dont worry Rob, I wont be leaving this one 😀

if u click the big 'Just Parents' thingy at the top it takes you back to the homepage. There, you can see the new members. They're not online though - you can see who is online on the same page, but at the top RHS

If you joined on the Ak site and you go to my discussions there is an option to view all users and then even search them with different variables as in who has most posts, last post, by alphabet...

ak site is very good but soooooooo slow nowadys.
i think it might be down to loads of members 6000+
and all the pictures as i know another site i use they have had to stop opictures being put on posts as its slowing everything uip
but this site is fabby fast!!!
