I just got a job!!!!!!!

I just walked up to the store and happened to see a sign in the window looking for help in a delicatessen 1 minute away from my house!!!! I walked in and spoke to the owner for about 5 minutes and he asked me if I could start on Monday!!!!!! 😀

The salary plus tips will be enough to stay where I am and the hours are great 8a-330p mon-fri and maybe an occasional weekend which will just mean extra money!!!

I start on Monday and my new boss seems soooooo nice 😀

Funny thing is I was practically in my pajamas LOL... (ratty old yoga pants and a t-shirt with my coat and slip on shoes), I just went to get some toilette paper at the store, not a job HAHA

The irony is, I've been sending my resume (a very professional one, I might add) out to every company hiring and getting nothing, I walk into this place lookin like a raggamuffin and got hired in 5 minutes LOL... I love it! 😉

I have the most happiest feeling inside me right now, not like what I've been feeling lately... ahhhhhhhhhhhh 😀

Thanks Ellee... it works perfectly, Aaralyn either gets picked up by one of her school mate's mom in the morning or she takes the bus. Either way it works perfectly. The bus stop is half way between my apartment and the deli and it picks up at about 7:50am so I would go right from the bus stop to work. Plus I can take advantage of an hour or so in the afternoon of some "me time" before I pick her up at after school care. I'm paying the same whether she stays for 10 mins or 2 hours so I might as well use the time to get dinner prepared and stuff. God, I'm sooooo excited!!! Plus I'll meet alot more people in my community as this place has been in business for 33 years and is very popular around here 😀

LOL!! I was too when I got home... I've had a big grin on my face all day! Even when I was here by myself I was walking around singing I.just.got.a.ja'ob

I also informed Cory, Willow and Destiny that I got a job as soon as I got home and called every body I could... and I had Aaralyn take the bus home today so we could celebrate early and I even told the bus driver I got a job LOL... I'm sooooooo excited, I think I'm gonna really love it and I'm gonna be making about what I was before I got laid off with better hours and nooooo stress!! 😀

I really think it will suit you down to the ground hun. You will be able to chat to customers all day, and the hours are great 😀
