Any kids game suggestions..

I am new to this forum and was wondering if anyone can suggest some good, safe and educational games sites for kids from ages 6-12. any suggestions 🙂

I was just wondering, why is webkinz so popular with the kids these days? I have heard a lot of people talking about that, including parents and teachers. Isn't it a stuffed toy that kids collect? 🤔

Yep, and they get a code with the stuffed animal that you can put in at the website.... then the kids can go to the site and "take care" of their webkinz pet there. I haven't actually checked it out myself.... Unfortunately, Aaralyn was given a webkinz animal as a gift and I didn't realize it and took the tag with the code off of it... oopsie 😕

oh sorry to hear that you threw it out, you can actually get another one online for about $15. I think Aaralyn would really enjoy the site. 😀

oh no! poor little thing. Just don't ever tell her what you did, simply replace it! 😏 she will never know. What other online games does Aaralyn play?

I'm sure she'll get another one for Christmas! It's on her wish list already...

Her favorate website to play games is Nickjr at the moment.

Well, there actually have been responses to other posts but it just really seems like webkinz is getting very much "promoted" here.... almost spam like 🤔 😉

Just hope that we're not being spammed, it would actually really turn me off of webkinz, because I don't respect a company who ecourages spamming techniques from their employees 😛

again, I apologize if I'm totally wrong and this comes off rude.... we get a lot of spam here and some of the spammers like to think that they are very slick about it.... we're pretty good at spotting them though 😉

Well, speaking for myself no i'm not a webkinz spammer. I just came to hear of it through a young lady in another forum. Hapydazy - I understand your concern and you have a reasonable approach. stacyb - pardon my rudeness but you should not say something unless you are certain of what you are saying. I have friends at this forum and I have put my two sense into other posts as well. If you two are administrators of this site, let me know, I'd kindly take my comments to another forum. Hi soso... I apologize if anything came off rude.... we get lots of spammers here and sometimes they will post as members to get enough posts to be able to put a link in to other websites.... usually once the post count is up then we get spammed and never see them again... we have a lot of very caring members here and it sucks to get pulled into a spam scam and speak our hearts to people only to find they were just here to promote their "business".

Staceyb is one of those caring members, it's just happen to us so many times I think we become desensitized sometimes.

This thread did seem to really be pushing webkinz so it to be honest it did seem a bit "spammish" but I did not want to point fingers, just wanted to make sure that those who do spam us know we're kinda on to them most of the time now.

I am a moderator, not admin but you are certainly welcome to stay and enjoy this site, it really is a good one with great members! 😀

If you have a chance to look into this forum you will see that I was only curious about the popularity of webkinz. My other comments to the ladies were intended to be humorous.

Hi soso, I've been trying to respond to this but I'm at work and keep getting interupted by customers... how dare them!? LOL!

I understand where you are coming from, I guess I just wanted you to understand why we may jump to conclusions sometimes thinking we're being spammed or "faked" or just played in general. We've had some very bad people come on here and try to come off as someone who they are not, to extremes... so we are all a bit on our toes and maybe a little more nervous and skeptical than we should be sometimes... I'm very guilty of it too.

I have read the thread and it wasn't even so much your posts that I felt to be sounding a little like spam, but sometimes we get "double-teamed" by spammers so I just wasn't sure and wanted to clear it up either way.

As far as apologizing on someone else's behalf, I really wasn't, it was myself or my rudeness that I was apologizing for (if I came off that way).... but I still believe that Staceyb is a very caring member here and has been for a good while now so she's seen alot of "bad" people come and go from here, whether it was spammers or downright fakers who try to be somebody they totally are not until they get caught out.... there are people out there who I call "serial fakers", they make up an identity, steal people's pics as their own and we've seen it on parenting forums more than once so I was only trying to explain why some of us may be a little skeptical... because of those people and the ones that just come on to sell their product/s.

Again, I just want to say this really is a great site, we have all kinds of people who have all kinds of varying opinions but we all kinda seem to respect that here and it works well. Please feel welcome to stay and hang with us 💐
