Nope, I don't think it's polite to advertise competing sites on JustParents, and this is something that I don't think many sites allow.

We allow members who run their own parenting related company to mention their website, and to promote it through their signature, but we won't accept spam or people signing up just to promote their website as we don't think the members here want that kind of self-promotion.

I was just saying that what Bubblegum may or may not have done in the past is long since forgotten, and this site is a fresh start for everyone 🙂

(Basically, I wouldn't want anyone doing anything here that they wouldn't want someone doing to their site, as I don't think that's fair ;))
