mmmm... like cut in peices and seasoned and baked in the oven? I do them like that with olive oil. I learn something new on here every day 😀

Thats the ones, over here we often do them in a tin with a joint of meat so that they cook in the fat and juices from the meat. I love em and now I'm really hungry!
yea, we do that too, usually a roast or pork with carrots and other veggies too (onions, celery) but I do that in the crock pot usually...

Everyone has different words for the same things in every country.We say roast potatos or pumpkin etc.
