Single Moms.
So how many of us are still single moms?
😉 [Im new here unfortunatley I'm a single mum have been only since my baby was 5 weeks old (he is 16 weeks now). Find it much easier being single. Everyone told me it would be hard but I guess my ex wasn't cut out for parenting. Its good to know Im not the only single one in here xx
single with a good boyfriend... does that still count? 😉
Honestly, I don't know that I will ever get married. I'd like to think that I can have a life time relationship with someone, but unfortunetly so much that I've seen has turned me off of marriage almost completely... it's kinda sad actually 🙁
It is sad when we split from our partners but life goes on and I do think it makes you stronger for it as well to behonest.
We are all good and least we have these places to keep us sane.

me. I have been on my own since I was 13 weeks pregnant and J is 4 in September 😲
I've been a single mummy since Lauren was about 9 months but 2 b honest even when we were 2gether it was still like being a single parent coz he never really helped out tht much an since he had another baby with another lady he cut all ties with Lauren but he is trying his hardest 2 see the new baby which his ex is trying 2 stop because he is so unreliable, why do some guys behave like this? I'm honestly much happier being single but it does get lonely sometimes xx
I am a single mom to a beautiful baby girl (Madison Grace) and 22 wks pregnant with a baby boy (Aiden Shane) and proud of it!

Hi im a singel mum to my lovely little girl Hannah. but i love it because i can bring her up the way i want to. 😀
🙁 ive been single for 6mths now its hard with my 2 lil monsters 😀
i'm new here. my baby is 19 days old and lying in my left arm, so please forgive my lack of grammatical precision
Anyways it did occur to me that sooooo many children are raised by their mums only cos whether the Dad lives with u or not, they are unavailable one way or t'other anyways. indeed, i was talking with Anna/galfriend earlier and basically we agreed that one of the problems with trying to change this is that a lot of 'distant dads' seem to take the view that if they cannot hve more-or-less-full-control of the baby/child, they'd rather have none at all.
is this something others of you see happening in your own life, or is this just a fear? 🙁
thanks for having me. as a disabled single mum, it can seem v difficult/lonely at times, but we survive by hook or by crook ah?

I really don't know if you are all, mostly in the US
I'm based in London/UK
A few of you have already alluded to the advantages of single-motherhood#

My own situation is that Daddy is working 200 miles away and even if he wasn't he appears to think that drink is more important than us, so... his meagre wages cannot even cover his coming to see us more than fortnightly and he doesn't seem to want us up there much, so my guess is he has other concerns.. living with his elderly parents, he doesn't want to screaming baby around but hey that's what little babies do some of the time
Now I'm beginning to wonder whether his prescence followed by absence followed by prescence etc isn't also contributing to her sadness/frustration
It looks like she's simply hungry all the time but that's what some of us do when we are adults right? Eat when we feel distress (also)...
Anyways, I enjoy the peace when it arrives 😉
Best, andria
😘 's to you Andria! It's hard sometimes, specially when you don't have full support from the dad
I'm actually only one of few Americans, I think really the only active American here.. .if there are any more, come out come out where ever you are...
