Do you think we spend to much time on the internet?
My OH has just told me that I spend too much time on this site, AK etc and he misses cuddling up on the sofa with me!
Has anyone else had complaints from their OH?? or is it just me and I really am spending too much time on the net... I blame ladybug and Yahoo chat 😏
no its not just you hubby used to say i spent to much time watching the tv then i found AK and eBay now he say i spend to much time on internet
i can't win! 😬
I dont get complaints as me and df have a PC each right next to each others lol and we often spend a lot of time playing online gaming such as world of warcraft (Rich is also a fan - like ur quote btw hun :P) i used to moan at df all the time but he got clever and gave me his old pc and bought me a copy of world of warcraft!
Well I do not spend to long online any longer. In the not so distant past I spent to much time trust and emotion online. I no longer live at my keyboard.
It is very important to put your family first, cuddle with your man and walk your dog each and everyday. The real things and the real people that are really important should be the center of any smart woman's time.
I think I get more out of my time online if I spend less time at it.
When my Husband came to me with that same concern the first FIVE times i did not listen. Thank GOD he came to me a sixth time and I understood what he was trying to tell me.
My advice if you want it (for some silly reason) is to listen to your husband so that you understand why he is saying these things to you. There is a couple I know of who surf the net at the same desk on their own computers, you might look into that if your both in to gaming. 🤔
The weird thing is Hubby is always online wether its working, chatting to mates or playing games so he has a cheek to moan at me!!

My hubby hasn't moaned......so far! He plays on his XBox 360 online most nights and we do spend quality time together aswell.
Like Loublou forums like this (and especially AK) have helped me immensely with my PND and I too feel I have made some good friends, regardless of whether I've met them in the flesh or not.
I think this is why my hubby hasn't moaned as he knows my time online is beneficial for us!
xxx

yep its deffo a life saver in my books and i must admit although he does still moan he knows how much it helps to
hes just jealous cause you lot are getting the attention and he aint!!hee heee 😘
I get moaned at all the blimmin time for bein on this thing... grrrrr
I have a hubby who travels on business a lot (gone on average 10 days a month, split into 2 trips), so easier when he is away to get online. But my eldest son (16 1/2) just walked into the computer room and saw I had the messenger up and running and said now you have chatting with your online friends-you'll never get off. heehee-I told him to go to bed-heehee
I do find I am lot less productive than I used to be before I found forums and chatting-hheeehee. Unfortunately I can spend way too many hours online and my days can pass without me doing all the stuff I have to.
But I am glad for all the friends I have made even if I never get to meet you guys.
