man escapes jail term

😕 today a man has escaped jail on charges of downloading child pornography 🙁 but the judge has blamed the home secetary 😛 😛 🤪 😡

I heard about this too, on the radio they were saying one of the main reasons he wasn't sent to jail was that there "weren't enough places". EH?!?!?!

Yeah, i really dont agree with this. I wonder how many more times this will happen in the near future.

They should take the home secretarys wages and build more prisons i reckon =P

the judges have become political!!!

there was another guy freed on bail (awaiting sentencing) for pleading guilty to molesting a young child 😠 the judge said if he had been up in court the day before he would have been locked up there and then!!!!!

put all the serious criminals(lifers) on an island and blow them up then there will be room in the English/Welsh prisions

Imagine if there was a mass child rapist, and a murderer.. and only one prison space. Who would go to jail? Who are we to judge which is worse?

Its crazy..

I think that a lot more needs to be done in the way of preventing crimes before they happen, rather than just dealing with what happens after it's been done.

Maybe more police walking the streets etc? It used to be very common in the past, but now we hardly see anyone.
