hating the cold virus right now

Hmm woke up yesterday morning to a very warm daughter, she had a temperature of nearly 38. so gave her some medicine and she seemed to chirp up throughout the day. 😘

However i woke up this morning to hear her coughing and very snotty. hmmm lovely i know! I just dont know what to do with her as she is really groggy, seems to have a sore throat! 😘

Its driving me crazy because i dont like to see her not very well but there really is very little i can do for her! Bless her! 👶

Anyone got any helpful tips for me!

Awww poor little mite, maybe try some menthol oil on a hankie and place it near her cot, that should help clear her chest a little or lavender will soothe her to sleep.

George has just got over a cold and I used vapour rub on his chest, the one I used was called snuffle babe. It helped his snotty nose. Hope she is beginning to feel better soon xx 😍

poor little girl its horrible isnt it! try steaming out the bathroom it helps to clear the nose and helps them breath, you can also put a little olbas oil in a bowl of hot water in her room. not much you can really do apart from calpol vapour rub and lots of love kisses and patience. i hope she feels better soon hon xxx

We put a wet towel on the radiator in her room when lo is coughing. It makes the air moist and they cough a bit less, hope she feels better soon
