A long day ahead

Well it was my birthday yesterday and tonight I'm going out for a "couple" of drinks. 😀 Well before I get there I have one of those days. Been up since 6 working on a customer system, and trying to put away some of the boxes from the move several months ago. I know have a 4 hour drive to Warrington for an hours meeting and then a 4 hour drive home again. 🤪 At which point I'll walk in the front door to find a bunch of friends waiting for me to turn up so that we can eat and drink, before going out on the town. Hopefully I'll last the night!!

If anybody is in Cardiff then we'll be in the Old Arcade pub around 8:30 tonight.

Lots of other things going on as well but I'll have to update on those later.

Way too much to drink, but that is par for the course. Used it as my stepping stone to get back into my sensible eating and more training as I am determined that I am going to be fitter and shed a bit of fat before Christmas tries to undo all my work.
