Not been posting lately - so just saying hi!

Hiya All,

Hope everyone is okay!?

I've not been on here much lately at all. Been enjoying time with Gabriel in the garden and the glorious sunshine we've had recently.

Gabriel is doing fantastic, sleeping really well at night - still only getting up once 😀 he's 6 weeks this Friday where has time gone? We are starting to get lots of gurgles and coo's and the odd smile or two is hatching it's way out.

Georgie however has been a complete madam. So today her DVD Player, tv and v tech computer have been taken out of her bedroom (we only put these in when we moved here in Feb) and we've reintroduced a reward chat and naughty corner so fingers crossed.

I'm really enjoying being a mummy again to a newborn, i haven't had a 'down day' since he was 3 days old so feeling great. 😀 The slimming has been crap this last week or so with nice weather i've had too many of the 'odd glass of wine' and takeaway. So starting again tomorrow! 😊

Marks in his element and loving having a son - so far they've watched Formula 1 together, mowed the lawn together, washed the truck and watered the plants together. 😎

We have now started to plan our wedding in Rhodes for next year - at the moment we are trying to decide the time of year, and which weddng planner to use. More or less decided on hotel and venue. 😀

I went into work last week to show Gabriel off and was asked to come back early by our HR Manager and the Hotels General Manager (not this early though) as my department is falling down around them - what with my manager being the useless peice of tat i always knew she was. It was great to be told by so many people that you are missed for both your smiley face and your contribution workwise - but it felt like years since i worked there - not weeks 😲 Here's hoping things will look up this year and i don't HAVE to return and can make a choice.

Anyway i've babbled on far too long.

Wow i can't believe Gabriel is 6 weeks already! 😲

If you can, try to stay off work as long as poss. I had to go back when George was only 13 weeks 🙁 😢 I wish I could have stayed off longer, even finished work, but unfortunately we could pay the bills on half my then wage. I've eventually reduced down to part-time which I find loads better 😀

Despite the tiring days you look very fine!! Glad you're happy!
