Play Doh, not my best friend at the moment.
Without the use or murder/threatening to take them back to the children's home, what do you do when your children nicely mush as much play doh into the carpet as they can?
Just found this online, the last point maybe of help
CLEANUP
Your kids have had a great time playing and creating with PLAY-DOH, and now they're done. How do you clean up? It's easy.
* Engage your child in the cleanup….its part of the fun! Tell them to find all the blue pieces first and put them in the blue tub. Save a tub for your mixed 'doh rather than separating them.
* You can store used or unused PLAY-DOH in the tubs. Be sure to close the lids tightly so the PLAY-DOH doesn’t dry out.
* PLAY-DOH creations if left out of the tubs will eventually dry out and crack, but you can preserve them forever by taking a quick picture or digital image, or using one of our New Make and Display Domes
* If the PLAY-DOH has started to dry out or if the colours have become messy and mixed, remember: PLAY-DOH is cheap and easy to buy. Nothing beats a fresh tub!
* Need to clean up bits of PLAY-DOH from the floor or work surface? No Problem! If the compound is still moist, try picking up smaller pieces with a larger piece. This method may even work on carpet.
* If PLAY-DOH compound gets into the carpet, Don't Panic! PLAY-DOH will naturally dry and can be loosened with a stiff brush. If necessary, pick up dried crumbs with a dust buster or vacuum cleaner. Do not use hot water or cleaning solution.
Thankyou!!!!!!

😲
was that on carpet?
omg!!! What a mess!!!! 😲
In our house anything more damaging than a spoon is out of kiddie reach, play doh is now on the list.
yes it was on carpet and the stains there till this day cleverly disguised with a rug lol
We were never allowed play doh or plasticine as kids, I think it was banned after I walked it into the carpet!!
The good uses of rugs hey!
Sam yuo don't have to ban it how bout have a mess sheet or something down when they are playin with paint, play doh etc
The play doh is out, but there is a big blue stain though, but we are being very successful are producing a technicolour carpet.
At least there wasn't glitter mixed in with the play doh
