Was your valentine's day good?

Was your valentine's day as you expected? Mine was good but was different from what I expected. We meant to eat out but we stayed at home. It was very nice, we had a good meal but we didn't exchange presents. He had a deal because we're short of money. 😀

We chilled at home and had fish and chips as a family. Nice treat as we've not had it in ages.

Mike and I don't do presents but we always give each other a card 😍

Just a normal day for me. Nobody loves me 😢

Mike had to work saturday so got up and left before i was up, but when i got up he had left me a dozen red roses and a card on the table. I gave him his card and present (a sports jacket type thing - very cheap bargain of £6 lol) and then tbh it was just like any other day. I was hoping for a romantic evening 😏 (once kids were asleep) but it as we were both knackered it ended with us both falling asleep. Mike on the sofa, me in the armchair at around 10pm and waking at midnight in time to go to bed 😉 lol Xx

Our valentines day was ok,we went to Justins brothers to pick Vic up as he had a sleep over the night before.I gave Justin a card and he gave me three bunches of roses 😍 We had take away with the kids for tea.

I had a bug fri/sat so I was mostly in bed. Managed to have a shower saturday evening and sit down to nibble a little food after not eating for 24 hours then I went back to bed. Then sunday evening we were going to make the effort to do something but Steve got home later than he'd said which I was cross about. It didn't help his case that when I'd used my car in the afternoon (after he'd borrowed it the day before) I ran out of petrol at the end of the road before I could even reach the petrol station. So I had to walk back home with the kids, leave them with my neighbour and pick up the Jerry can, then walk to get petrol and carry it back in the rain!! It was one of those days where I was telling Steve I was kicking him out coz I was just sooooo cross!!!

we didnt do cards or prezzies this year. then kids had a bday party that i took them 2, lee stayed at home playin xbox with his friend. ten for tea we made sweet n sour chicken with cous cous for the 5 of us. i wasnt botherd really it was nice to see rusty(lees mate)
