Well they are completely cuckoo i have now spoken to a total of 12 people including 4 seperate managers and had 5 shouting matches, including two stood in a payphone with no glass in freezing snow at 35 weeks pg and they wonder why i am not 'calming down'
Lets see what happens next. And all because they or Virgin cannot agree who i am paying for calls between 25th Sept and 9th Oct. Now i'm being told i cannot move my landline to the new house because of it.
