So thirsty!!!!!!!

Today I feel like I have been out drinking last night and I am needing to rehydrate my system!! I have drunk glasses of water today but I still feel so thirsty!!!

I get like that sometimes.

Have you had your sugar checked I have heard that being thirsty a lot can be a symptom of diabetes....But is could just be that your dehydrated too. 🤔

I have woken p with a stinking cold/sore throat so I think my thirst was related to that!!
