Please keep your fingers crossed

We've just had a phonecall from the agency letting advertising the house we went to look at today (it's fabby, infact it's perfect).

She said the landlord has expressed he wants us to rent his property and all we have to do is go and fill in the paperwork tomorrow and pay their £100 fee and it is ours no matter what.

Here's hoping they mean it and it's not a ploy...

Well? 😕

Still not wanting to get my hopes up too much (i'm just being far too cynical i suppose) 🤔

But the landlord rang Mark last night to say that he WANTS us in the property and that we can move in anytime from the firstish week in Feb when the decorators, plumbers electricians etc have finished. So we should be moving Valentines weekend. 😀

We still have to go through all the paperwork with the agency 🤪 which is just time consuming more than anything(but landlord has decreased the price and is going halves). Then the house should be ours, assuming that the Landlord really will not thange his mind. The agency have said it's his decision and he is adamant that we rent the house and that we are the perfect tennants.... 😀 😀

Hopefully we will be signing the dotted lines next week -when we've returned the forms etc.

We have a solcitors appointment on Monday and are hopefully going to see the new school on Monday or Tuesday next week.
