Ouch ouch ouch!!

I started getting aches in my right wrist about a week ago, wasnt sure what I had done but thought by playing my DS too much, my RSI was playing up. Im now not too sure.

I have put a prosport (tubigrip) on it but today it aches so much. I could hardly turn the key to start the car earlier. I can bend it forward but not back because it is sooo sore,I can hardly use a knife or fork and it is tender to touch. I dont know what I have done or what I should do now about it.

Maybe you slept with it in a funny way?? I've done that before and had a sore wrist... hopefully not the beginnings of carpel tunnel 🙁
