my red-eyed girl

I left Lolly in the bath for 2 secs tonight while i popped into the next room to get a towel which i had forgotten to bring in the bathroom with me 😉 While i was getting the towel i heard a howl and Lolly shouting Mummy Mummy. I came running in and somehow she had managed to get hold of df's shower gel and squeeze it all over her head, rivers running down her face and into her eyes 😲 I washed it out with clean warm water (which she hated, and screamed throughout) and, panic over. Poor little mite now has very pink eyes 🙁 think it is more the amount of rubbing them she did rather than the gel though? I think she may have learnt her lesson? She looked at me all serious afterwards and said 'Mummy, be careful with shower gel, it hurts! lol Xx

Thanks guys, she is fine now. It was more how much she was rubbing them i think? She is going nowhere near shower gel anymore though, she asked me to move the bottle the night after, maybe she couldn't trust herself not to touch it again? 🤔 Xx
