hi i am new to this and am in need for some help!!!

hi my name is gemma im 17 almost 18.. i am currently 6months pregnant.. with my baby dad i new he wasnt ready at the start of my pregnancy, but then he got excited, so it was all good. till just the other day i had my first mood swing so he left me.. so ifany one has any advice u think i can use please help me!!!

Nothing really to say - I became a single mum when Martha was 3 - just to wish you luck and fun. Guess there will be hard times, but there will be flashes of pure joy too!

All i can say is to try not to get too stressed about the situation as it will affect you and the baby. If things really are over between the two of you then he can still be a good father. Being a single mum isn't the end of the worls hun, i'm sure you will do just great. It is the most rewarding job in the world! By the way, welcome to JP , i hope you enjoy it here. I'm mandy, mum to Lauren, 3 in Jan and Jake almost 10mth Xx

if your not happy without him then call him up and sort it out, let him know that he may need to give you some space when you are having a mood swing

for him to go leaving his girl and unborn child because you got abit snappy is very far fetched 😐

if you are happy to do it alone start looking up your local support groups because they make a world of difference, try and find someone with a similar sized bump and make friends

1st time mum groups are great as are breastfeeding support groups because it doesn't always go easily

dont worry too much about the baby going without - you actually need very little for babys although the magazines and adverts will tell you otherwise 😠

From a guys point of view he is probly scared about everything your starting to show lots and it gets him thinking your mood swing was just an excuse to get out of there guilt free i admit i was the same but after thinking about things i went back.
There is also the possibility that he maybe (and forgive me for saying this im probly wrong) wants to go out and have fun before he settles down either way if he was exited he will come back he just needs time 🙂
