Tomorrow is the first day

AGAIN!!!

I am so fed up and upset at how I feel and look just now that tomorrow I am going to religiously get back on to my slimming world eating plan (I have been on it for a few weeks but not being strict on myself and now I feel really bloated)

Wish me luck!!!

Good luck. It is hard to change but it will be worth it!

I have to do something, I am soo fed up with my self.

I am also going to make a point of helping mum to walk her dogs 3 times a week ( I need a purpose to walk 😊 hate walking by myself)

Good luck hun. I need to start behaving myself really too. Haven't been too strict but i have lost all my baby weight now, so am just going to keep plodding along and see how we go. Tbh i think exercise is what will help me. I have been trying to walk more and quicker pushing the double buggy a lot more and it has definately helped. Fingers crossed this time next year we will be supermodel material. . . well maybe not me? but who knows? haha Xx

Sounds like you are very determined Alex, that's a very good start!! Keep at it and inspire me please!!

Me too always on a diet 😀
