Sorry to say I may be leaving you

Hi guys,

Well today has really sucked. Have been having terrible sharp pains to the right of my abdomen. If I hadn't had the earlier scans I would have thought ectopic. Sadly, these pains are the same as the ones I experienced in my missed mc last Feb.

The whole day has convinced me that my baby has died and whilst I am not bleeding, if it is a missed mc again then the bleeding may start in a few days/weeks.

I'm lucky to be seeing the consultant tomorrow and am praying he will scan me then an there as I don't think I can go on feeling like this. If it is over I want to know now.

Sorry for blubbing to you all but I need to let it out

Thanks for reading

😘 Hope everything is ok. Can you not phone the MW tonight for her to check you over, or would they leave tyou because you have na appointment tomorrow?

And don;t you be going anywhere, you are welcome here 😘

😘 I'm sorry, I hope it's not what you think... If there's no bleeding that could be a good sign.

Come back and let us know how things go tomorrow... we're still here support when ever you need ok hun 😘

Thanks so much for your support. It means so much. Trying so hard to fight back the tears but failing miserably. For some reason scans are not available at the weekend except on the maternity ward and they won't see you unless you are over 20 weeks I think. I haven't even booked in with my MW yet, got the appointment for wednesday (thats if I don't have to cancel)

Try to keep your hopes up.... I don't think it's time to give up that hope at all, maybe you'll get good results when you go in.... call first thing monday and see if you can get in earlier!

Aww hun, I really hope all is well. Pains aren't necessarily a bad sign hun. I had a low pains in my abdomen early on in my pregnancy, had some spotting too. All turned out fine in the end though hun. I know it is soooo hard not to compare previous pregnancies, but every pregnancy is different hun so is definitely possible that all is fine! Let us know how you get on at your appointment hun, i have my fingers crossed this will be a false alarm and all we be fine 😘 As the others have said, it doesn't mean you have to leave the site whatever happens! 😘 Xx

Oh hun, I hope it isn't what you suspect. As you haven't had any bleeding, things could be ok still. Keeping it all crossed for you 😘 😘

Hello all,

Good news. My little bean is holding on for dear life. Its size is consistent with my dates give or take a few days. However they will confirm that at my dating scan. Its little heart is beating away so fingers crossed it stays that way. The consultant has prescribed me some supositaries (apologies for the spelling) which I have to insert up my Bum (sorry for tmi) which apparantly will help prevent my baby from miscarrying.

Thank you all for the support. I think it was your thoughts that helped me and my little bean today.

Lots of love

Awww hun, i am so pleased for you 😀 I bet you were so nervous waiting for the outcome. Apparently the odds of miscarriage after you have seen a heartbeat are much lower? I'm assuming the doctor thinks you have a low progesterone level and has prescrbed progestorone suppositries? Lets hope they work and your no doubt beautiful healthy baby will be making an appearance in around the next 9mths! Xx

Ohh glad to hear that everything is fine 😘

Nice to read!! 😀 Keeping thoughts for you that all continues to go well with your pregnancy!

glad you got a good result i remember my first scan in my pregnancy with izzy after having a mc a few months before i was s**tting myself until i had it and they wouldnt scan me until i was 12/13weeks for a dating scan

hope everything goes ok with the pregnancy

OH whata relief for you hunnie, fingers crossed all keeps well!
