Headin out to a Turkey Fry!

My friend Ren and Azure are on there way and we are going to a big Fall Party, with turkey and all the fixins!! There will be a couple bands and activities for kids and then a big bonfire after dark!

The girl who is having the party is an editor for a music magazine so there will alot of musical people there, Aaralyn will love it!!

We had a really good time! I didn't think we were gonna make it for a bit because we started having thunderstorms and rain downpours! They had tents/shelters set up and the party went on anyway. It stopped raining long enough for them to get a good bon fire going and then it rained on and off the rest of the time. Didn't stop people from having a good time though! The band played, the kids played, there were many yummy turkeys and fixins!

I have some pics and video to post shortly. We were all standing around while the band was warming up and getting ready to play and we can't find Azure anywhere.... meanwhile someone is jamming on the drums and we discover it's Azure up there LOL... He was awesome!! 😀 Aaralyn was so funny.... she was wathing him play in awe and then looked at me and said "Azure is playing the drums really good and he's in the band... I think I'm in love!!" LOL, Ren and I about fell over laughing when she said that!

Ren got up and sang with the band for a bit too and then we all sat around while a few people played acoustic guitars and sang. Aaralyn loved it!!! She got up on the stage and danced while Ren sang with the band too.

Sounds like a great day. You always seem to have so much fun things to do with Aaralyn 😀

As we all know I don't get out very much with out Aaralyn so when we do things I'm glad it's stuff that involves kids and adults, and her and I have very much in common as far as likes and interests go so it works out well for us! 😍

That sounds absolutely great hun. I loooove stuff like that, always seems to be the best times when you can just relax, sing, dance and be merry. especially when there isn't too many rules. So many places are so stuffy nowadays, that you wouldn't be able to just get up and join in singing, or jammin' on the drums. I bet you all had an absolute ball. 😀 Xx
