When things seem to be going right

It falls wrong.
The women i was supposed to be exchanging with is 😠 me off, she text today saying she has arranged a van for this weekend if i pay her £30 to do both halfs of the move.
i told her i cant get a van this weekend but ok for next and she sed it was fine, so i rearranged the people helping me for next weekend wen there is a van, now she aranged a van and wants me to pay £30 which i havent got, i sed i cant get people to help this weekend now as have rearranged it and she sed she is goin to council and refusin to move... really ***** me off, but if she wants to be like that then fair enuf as i can still bid on a place and hopefully get a masinette but just got to c if she does it or not as we signed the exchange papers yesterday so she will be breaking legal document bindings

I"m sorry hun, I hope she gets it sorted so it can be worked out the way it was supposed to be! 😘 moving is frustrating to begin with, not like you needed this on top of it right! 😛

Aww hun, i'm sorry. I think she will be legally obliged to move now if you have already signed. Unless you make a mutual agreement to leave it? I hope things go better for you from now on. Try not to stress to much hun. Moving is always stressful at the best of times and you have to think of baby! 😘 Xx

Spoke to the council and they said she hasn't contacted them so they rang her and she said she is still willing to exchange at the time to suit me, so she was just being awkward 😠 😠 😠

Council did say that as the tenecies change over monday, then the other women has the right to turn up on my door step monday and take over the flat and i can't do anything about it but we will see

Hopefully she will stop being awkward and get on with it. We had someone pull out on us for an Exchange just before we were due to sign the paper work about a year and a half / 2 years ago. Then about 3 months ago she started asking do we want to swap now. She is actually someone we know (more my hubby) and I said to him "No 😠 way". She could have backed out last minute again and I wasn't going down that road for a second time. Plus the original exchange was going to happen before Summer had started school so she would have gone to a different school but I wasn't going to move her a year after starting school.

Anyway good luck, you're nearly there now so try and stay calm and just think you'll be in your new place soon.

She has since apoligised for the stress and said it is nothing personal, just stress off moving and we have managed to bring our van forward to tuesday so we comprimised with her so she cant say we never tried

Im dreading it, rich has doctors in the morning and hospital appointment in the afternoon all on the same day lol

Hey everyone, well we are in and slowly unpacking kitchen and living room as we go, just brought wallpaper for children's bedroom so going to do that tomo. will hopefully take before and after photos if i remember as it is a state and needs work but we will get there.
The family that have moved into our old flat have already had complaints made against them for their rowdiness haha.
Had midwife round today, heard baby heartbeat and everything is ok 😀
