INCOME SUPPORT

You never guess what happened to me now. These stupid income support people never got my baby's birth certicate. The jobcentre posted it to them but now got to go back and get them to fax it. Also got told by the guy in the jobcentre that they dont fax they just post it. Which is annoying so gonna tell he needs to fax it. Also the woman said my income support is suspended until they get which has been about 2 weeks now. Bloody hell this is all I need.

Don't understand? Birth Certificate? All I had to show when I claimed IS, is Child Benefit. 🤔

we had to show our birth cert to cb but the is just took info and sorted it

Well yesterday went jobcentre and the guy that sent my baby's birth cerificate was not happy. When I told him that I had to resend it because they never recieved my the certificate he was moaning. He ofcourse they got it and was telling me what to write on this attachment note thing. So I didnt send a very nice note lol. The rang up to make sure they got it. The guy said he will get someone to sort it monday they got another phone call and the guy was like asking all these questions saying how I spell babys name etc.
Hopefully that should back pay me.
Sorry for all these problems i keep posting here. Got another one know but dont worry about it.
