quick query yeah.. the clocks technically go back at 2am.. im normally awake still at that time as i suffer from insonmia does that mean im going to have the same hour twice..??

yes. You will see 2am at GMT +1hr and then again at GMT

it confuses me does that mean at 2am i have to change my clock back to 1am it always confuses me this stuff or will my mobile automatically do it for me??

Thanks Alex, will remember! It's a reminder winter is well and truly on the way for me, I used to like this time of year before the kids as i got an hours lie in, but. . . how can you explain this to an almost 3yr old and a 9mth old? haha. Have a feeling it will be a 5am (instead of 6am) start for me tommorow! Xx
