Yep! I'm really Tamara, but mostly go by Tammy, Tam or Tam Tam LOL... growing up though, I was called Tommy by my dad (I think I was the boy he wished he had 😉 ) and my grandpop always called me Sam, Sambo or Samskinbo! He was really my step grandpop so we met when I was about 2 1/2 yrs old and from that very first moment he "christened" me Sambo 🤔 I miss being called Sambo now that he's been gone for a few years......
Ok, sorry 😊 all you asked me was if I was Tammy and of course I give you a whole story 😉 as I do!

I was going to be Thomasinea(meaning twin of Thomas) but my folks decided Tamsin was an easier derivative. Like you I am anything from T through to Tamsin. As I grew up at school I was Tammy although this the bullies changed to Tammy Tampax( a type of tampon :upset:)amongst other stuff. When I moved to Lincolnshire age 9 in my junior school there was a Tamara and Tamsen and we all wanted to be called Tammy so none of us were.
