Busy busy weekend!!

I don't think I'm gonna have much time to miss my computer this weekend!

This weekend in Annapolis is the big sail boat show (next weekend it's the power boats!! 😀 ) so my town is going to be rockin'!! It's a huge thing here in Annapolis (I think known as the sailing capital of the world??) and they've been setting up for it all week... It's kind of cool, I walk by the city dock every morning on my way into work and home and I've been catching all the energy and hustle and bustle of everyone working to set it all up and bring it all together!

So, saturday I'll be going up to Aaralyn's school and helping direct car parking. For the big school fundraiser, they charge people 20 bucks to park their car their to go to the boat show. Last year the school raised over 35,000 dollars!!! 😀 so they ask the parents to volunteer some of their time on the weekend to help out.

After I help with that I'll be going to Mikey's to get paid to clean his house!!! 😀 (why wasn't I getting paid for it before LOL, just kiddin' he helped me alot financially!) He's going to pay me 75 bucks to clean the bathrooms, and vacuum and mop the floors!

After that we'll be taking Aaralyn down to my sister's to spend Saturday night with them and Mikey and I are going out!!!! woooooooot!!! 😀 ...

My sis and family will be coming up on Sunday bringing Aaralyn back with them and then we're all going to go to the city for the boat show and other stuff to do around there! I haven't seen them since vacation in August so it'll be nice to all get together again.

This weekend is also the high school reunion but we didn't get back to the person in charge in time so we're not going to that... I have however, recently been in touch through myspace and facebook, with alot of my high school friends so we're all going to try to get together for a "mini reunion" sometime soon!

My weekend is going to be somewhat more sedate. Mike is working the whole weekend 🙁 so Jas and I are going to play it by ear with the weather. We're hoping to pop up to a friends for a few hours and may hit the shops together or go have lunch together somewhere. She has to be careful though as she can't play out with her arm still in a sling and I'm acting a bit of a fussy mummy not wanting people to bang into her when we're out 😇

I'm also ever positive I may go into labour 😬

So, nowhere near as exciting as yours Tammy. Hope you and Aaralyn have loads of fun 😀

Somehow I have a feeling that your weekend might just be a little more exciting than mine.... maybe baby's gonna come afterall?? 😀

My weekend too is rather erm - boring! I am on the early shift at work on Saturday so will just get home and wacth Sat night tv. And sunday i am working 10-6.30.

Not alot happening in my abode at all! LOL

Thanks guys! Isn't that a great way for the school to raise money!! They will park them all over the school property. This is the only fund raiser they need to do all year because they raise so much money with it! I like that because I don't have to bug everyone I know trying to get them to buy things from catelogues for fundraising. Plus it'll be a good opportunity to meet some of the other parents! I've exchanged a few phone numbers with mom's recently.... trying to get a good network of mom's and kids for Aaralyn and I to have "dates" together! I really want to be involved with her schooling, socially and academically as much as I can be!

That sounds just fab hun! Great plans for the weekend, the school is very lucky they can cash in on such a great event! 😀

My house is going to be the usual play it by ear weekend. Mike will go and help his dad out saturday morning, then depending on the weather we may go to the park or beach for a walk or something? Sunday will be housework 😉 . . .oh the joy! lol Xx

Sounds really manic but fun 😀

We break up tomorrow afternoon for 2 weeks 🙂

I have Joseph's swimming lesson Saturday morning and then we head to Edinburgh for the night before we fly on Sunday 😀

Me and Crystal are hoping to go swimming tomo with my brother and his little boy, im just trying to talk him into a different pool as the one he went to last week is 2 buses away and the one i suggested is only one, haha and its only 40p price difference for the entry so hoping we can go, as crystal hasnt seen her cousin for a few weeks 🙁

a quiet one here. doing food shopping on sunday. might take the kids to dalby forest tomorrow. well see x
