Wow, you are brave!!! I bet it will be a blast though!!
When I get home I'll look on Aaralyn's Heffalump Halloween DVD, it had a bunch of halloween game suggestions if I remember correctly..... I won't be able to post them till I get to work tomorrow though, but I will!
ð brill cheers for that and yes i am brave or stupid ðĒ
no probs hun.... and I'm still gonna call you brave, not stupid.... I think it's great that you're doing this for the kids!!! ð
I would suggest something like guessing candy in a jar and if they guess correct, they get to take it home! You can ask them to write their name and guess on a little piece of paper and drop it in a box. By the way, how old are the kids gypsey?
3 babies all under 1 and the rest from 4 through to 9..im just stumped at mo...been searchin net
Hey Gyps! click here.... some good halloween game ideas
I'm doing one aswell for about 20 children and 10 adults in the half term. I'm doing a fancy dress disco so they can run about like crazy things but I'm going to do a couple of games like apple bobbing and 'spooky statues' which is basically musical statues but they have to freeze in a scary pose.
I think that guessing the sweets in a jar is a good one, I might pinch that idea too. I love halloween.
My favourite is... smear golden syrup on there face with a pastry brush or just a little on the cheeks and nose!! and let them dip there face into a bowl of rice crispies to find the flumps!!! ð
SHEZZ said:THAT! sounds like fun!!! LOL ð

Halloween would be perfect for playing 'hide and go BOO'.
Make sure the lights are on so you don't give the wee ones too much of a scare. But have the older ones dress up as gouls.
we used to do a game with a pile of flour, put a candy bar on the top and then they roll a dice when they get a number betwen 1-5 they can take a little off with a wooden spoon, then when they get a 6, they get a go at grabbing the candy bar with their teeth, if the ile collapses they lose!
I always gave everyone a sweety as a loser anyways!
Ah I loved the flour game haha!! For some reason some friends ans me all got a little drunk at a party and erm we had a flour game very randomly....
what about getting them to suck smarties up through a straw and move it from one plate to another, putting them in teams??? Hunt the sweets etc??? Best costume gets a prize at the end of the party...get the kids to vote for someone, but not themselves???
The flour game sounds like so much fun! I've never tried it! All of this talk makes me want to plan a party too, I am going to add these ideas to a list for future party planning. ð
we do flour game slightly differnetly with a spider at the bottom of the bowl of flour. Turn the bowl over so the spider is at the top and those who have a go use a knife to cut away the flour. when the spider finally falls u have to retrieve it with your mouth yummy.
Other one is bobbing apples but not in water skewer through them and attach them to a washing line. People have to eat them with their hands behing the backs. A messier version is with jammy donuts
