I'm sorry guys, bad member here!

Again, I'm apologizing for not being so active here lately.... Aaralyn's been really sick... her 3rd day in a row out of school today, I'm at work and she's with Mikey (thank goodness for him!!!!) We have an apointment for her with a new Dr November 6th who is going to run a series of blood tests to see why her immune system is crap again...

Poor little thing told me this morning she was so tired of being sick and I gave her a hug and then had to walk away to go cry and not let her see me 🙁 I feel so bad for her 🙁

Thank you guys... it's getting so frustrating. I thought she was doing so much better with not getting sick quite as much as she used to and now that she's in school, she's getting everything that goes around and them some!

I hope we get to the bottom of this too. I've been reading alot about PI (a primary immune disorder) and it sounds just like her. They determine it through blood tests and then can treat accordingly if she does have this.... Anyone every heard of this before???

Oh bless her poor little thing 🙁 Give her lots of big snuggles. It's awful when there is something as parents that we can't put right for our kids.

Aww sorry hun. Poor Aaralyn, i really hope they get to the bottom of why she is getting sick so often. I haven't heard of the immune condition you are talking about but i'm sure the doctor will test her for it. I do know a friend of mine was sick all the time as a child. She caught everything going but she grew out of it as she got older and isn't sick any more often than anyone else now. I don't think her family ever found a reason for her lower than average immune system? I guess it was just one of those things for her? Try not to worry yourselves too much hun, i'm sure you will get to the bottom of it! 😘 Xx

THank you guys.... she's been with Mikey all day and he and Amber kept her for dinner. He's just called saying she had a coughing fit so bad again that she vomited 🙁

My man is sooooo sweet, he's going to take her back to the Dr's in the morning for me because my boss won't be there in the morning so I have to be at work. He's got a business meeting in the afternoon so he's going to drop her off at my work and then come back and get her after his meeting.... Her father would NEVER do all this for her for the years she was always sick when we lived in Rhode Island.... only one time he took her for me while she was sick so I could go to work and that one time he ended up having to bring her to my work so that I could give her medicine because he "couldn't get her to take it" 😉 I feel so blessed to have Mike in our lives! 😍

Mike just called me, they got back from the clinic a few minutes ago. She's got no fluid in her lungs so any sign of pnemonia is now cleared up! They gave him a prescription cough medicine with a little bit of codiene in it which will help with the coughing so bad that she was throwing up.

Ahhhh, maybe we can both get some sleep tonight. It's been a while since I've had a nice straight eight! I'll be happy with 4 hours of uninterupted sleep! I feel like a zombie lately 😉 🙃

At least it's not pneumonia which is a relief. Hope the medicine does her some good (and you Tammy for sleep).
