We found a new puppy. Another pet.......

Yesterday we adopted another animal. Our friend found a stray or abandoned siberian husky puppy at a gas station in the city. No collar or tags. It's a friendly dog, but it is teething and has a biting problem. I tried to introduce it to our cats and that was a very bad idea. Rob got bitten very badly by our oldest cat, Bean. Bean is very protective, she hisses at everyone who comes close to our doors or windows. So, Rob was trying to prevent the cat from mauling the dog and got about 5 teeth bites and a few big scratches on his hand. This happened yesterday and his hand is still hurting. I'm not sure we're keeping the dog for long. We are just waiting to see how the dogs and other pets adjust.
Yep, we're becoming a shelter for neglected animals. Both cats were found in bad situations of abandonment and neglect.
