how many cups of coffie?

how many cups of coffie should i be drinking cuz i have about 6-7 a day and baout 3-4 teas??

i get up in the morning about 7 and have my firat and i have at least one an hour for the rest of the day till i retire to bed at around 11 pm sp that would be a useful question for me to ask too lol

lololol i dont drink coffee. but i have about 4-6 cups of tea a day. not sure what the expected requirement are these days lol

Tea and coffe both dehydrate you and stop your body absorbing vitamin c and then iron as well.

Really you can drink as much as you like so long as you match each caffinated drink with either water or fruit juice.

or just drink decaff!

Not keen on coffee or normal tea really, if I do drink itit's very weak. I like ginger and lemon tea best thats really nice and refreshing,

I drink De-caffinated....Caffinated makes me pee alot! 🤔
