bugs in the house

How the heck do you make sure the bugs stay out of your house at night. I just moved into a cute house 2 months ago. I found 1 bug in my bed and another bug on my floor last night. These are some type of hard beetle type things that take 10 wacks to kill. I think they may be comming under the closet. Our bedroom and mudroom are beside each other and are an add on to the house. We have no basement and the crawl space door is supposed under one of those rooms.

you could try an electric bug zapper

try and find the gap and seal it up if you can 🤔
