Sorry, that's an awful saying. haha. it's just that 30 is the turning point when you realise you are now a proper grown up. Or maybe that's just me? Prob shoud have felt like that when i had my daughter eh! hehe

Honestly, I've never used any type of anti-aging stuff and I don't have many wrinkles, just mosly the laugh lines around my eyes, but in comparison to others I've seen who are my age I feel very lucky that I still look pretty young... hope that's not sounding too vain, but I love saying my age because I usually get told I look a lot younger. I LOVE the look of shock on people's faces when I tell them I'm almost 39 😀 I eat it up!! LOL
a good diet and a good life and you don't need that stuff.
I have never cleansed toned or mouisturised. I drink a pint of water every morning before I do anything else and I have done for over 20 years. I also drink alot of water through the day.
