very interesting, ive never actually seen a starving dog on the street but i would be the first to pop to the shops and get a can of food for one
when we went to malta (its covered with wild cats) i ended up sharing all my take outs with whoever was lurking in a nearby bush
So-called "artists" have gone too far.
