I've never done one before! I wouldn't want to put anyone out of a job but the girl (well i say girl she's 31) in question really does need a kick up the backside! AND A BIG ONE!!!! 🤔

she has had several before but someone always sticks up for her and then it justs turns into a tut tut!! (But all of those old colleagues have now left) and it is about time they got their come uppance!

It went fine, final hearing is today and the HR and Stand in Ops Manager are doing it. I don't understand why she has a disciplinary for this - in my eyes theres far worse things she's done of late - but not my decision! I think she's beginning to realise that she isn't as undispensable as she thinks!
