Moving around

Every night for the past week or so both my boys have ended up at the top of their cot many times a night, they then get uncomfy and moan to be moved

Anyone have any suggestions to help them not move around as much in their cots lol

Disturbed sleep everynight I can't handle lol 🙁 🙁

are they in sleeping bags? i found that stopped them getting legs stuck.

My two are now in a bed as after the initial disruption of moving them they sleep much better.
