Getting really hacked off!!!!

I ordered Joseph's some stuff for school from the disney store (personalised) DHL tried to deliver it when I was at work and left a card saying they had been but not what had happened to my parcel (didnt know if they had it or a neighbour). I tried many times to contact the depot in Aberdeen but no-one ever answered the phone. I then phoned customer services from the disney store and told them about my problem, who informed me my parcel was being shipped back to them. fine I thought and arranged for the parcel to be delivered to my aunts house instead because I was away and knew she would be ALL the time (this was on the 2nd July). The guy repeated her address to me 3 times and it was all corrected.

when it never arrived I tracked the parcel on the DHL website only to find it was in Manchester with a comment saying addressed wrongly by customer 😠 . It had arrived in Manchester on the Friday 4th July.

I emailed DHL on the 7th asking about my parcel and received a reply on the 12th 😲 saying they didn't know where it was and they would have to start an investigation but in order to do that I would have to call my supplier to start this. They were closed over the weekend so I called this morning at 8.05 and explained all of this to the women on the phone. so she said she would contact DHL and phone me back and now I am still waiting. 😠

OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats terrible. i hope you manage to get yr parcel. id also lodge a complaint too. thats disgusting

Get complaining hun, thats just rediculous!!

Complain to both DHL & the Disney Store. Make them aware that you are not happy with their courier service and that you want some sort of compensatin both for your time and for the loss of the parcel.

Hope it turns up soon, but being DHL they'll probably ignore all your phone calls and the parcel will end up being delivered by Royal Mail.

Your right about DHL I can't get any answer there the Disney store are going to hear about it AGAIN today.

DHL are no saying they have lost my package. 😠

Disney store only have the lunch box in stock now and don;t know know when they will be getting more in 😠

I am getting a full refund and being sent the lunch box free.

Going to go into Aberdeen on Thursday shopping and see if I can get the stuff in the disney store- if not big sister will have to go into Princess street and see if she can get it at the bogger store there.

Im so mad poor Joseph has only wanted that bag since he saw it at Eatser.
