need a bit of advice?
ok will keep it short,as you know we are closing the shop and David is now applying for jobs and college, hopefully if he gets a job sorted out we are looking to move house,we are living in a 2 bed house which is too small for us with having 2 boys and wanting more children in the future,we own a quarter share in the house so we would have to sell it,we dont want another mortgage and dont think we could get one anyway with not having any income coming in for 7 months,so heres the question,I am thinking of privately renting a house as long as its a 3 bedroomed with a garden, but where we live its expensive,so I have been looking around for somewhere cheaper and quite like the idea of moving back to my home town where I grew up,my parents still live there and I know the area well, but David is not keen he likes being near the city and shops and I do too but just not sure if we should do it,there is not much to do in my home town, and not sure if the kids would suffer,I couldnt wait to get out but now am considering moving there because we could get a good house, what would you do???
i think i would have to go where i could afford babe
if money is a prob it has to come high on the list babe

well am hoping to get pregnant next year, and would need a 3 bed house, and I know living here I wouldnt be able to move to another house or even consider another child
I think moving to your home town would be a good idea.... I guess as long as David is not soooo opposed to it that it causes marital problems... does he get on good with your family? Being close to them could really be a plus to have that extra support when you guys do go for your 3rd baby (girl!!! 😀 )
he would do it if I really wanted it,and have seen some fab houses, its just we moved away form there to get away from it as its a really small town and nothing to do there,he gets on ok with my parents and his mum still lives there but dont think its enough for him
good luck in what ever u decided to do babe

well my plan was to rent a house until he is finished at college and then he will be qualified enough to live where we like
i would rent where i could afford but then make sure it is close to a city.
i used to rent a 3 bed house with a massive garden a garage and a drive way for £550 a month. was an amazing house and only left as we had to move away!
that was in kent
Think its a case of weighing up the pro's and cons's!!!
If your both happy with moving back to your old home town then great but soemtimes we need to strectch ourselves for something that we want(but not too much)especially with the recession at the moment about to hit hard. Everything is so expensive at the moment 🙁
It sounds like you have a supportive husband so thats half the battle before you decide what to do.
No matter what you decide you can always change your mind again if it does not work out 🙂
Hope your happy with what you decide

If he's going to college I assume that you will be working to bring in some money to live off. Being near family will certainly help on that side with child care, if they are able and willing.
It would also give you some time to yourselves in the evenings if you wanted to go out as they could babysit.
Also being away from the city and the shops when money may be scarse will remove some of the temptation to spend money you don't have. Just better not to have the temptation.
That said if it is such a big issue moving away from the city you need to come to a compromise.
thanks he would have to drive to work which could take up to 40 mins if he gets this job,you can still get into town but its a long bus ride,to be honest I never really go into town as dont like taking the kids to much hassle,it also means changing schools for Ethan which am a bit worried about as he is in a great school at the moment, but I think I have made my mind up if we cant find anything suitable here we are going to go for it,we went over there yesterday and the kids spent all day in grandmas garden and have slept over 12 hours last night,to me that says it all
the college course is only 1 day or afternoon a week so he is looking to find a job that fits in with that
