Dinner and Sunset!!

C'mon 4 o'clock!!

When I get out of work today, I'm going home and then Amber is going to babysit Aaralyn (she owe's daddy money so she offered babysitting instead!! 😀 ) and Mike and I are headin out on the Pura La Vida for a sunset cruise and he's going to cook us dinner on the boat again 😀

so I repeat C'MON 4 O'CLOCK!!!!! (<------ so I can see that in it's natural form by means of a sunset!!!

Well, it wasn't so romantic, but we had GREAT time!! The girls came with us 😀

It was so nice! Amber doesn't like to go out on the boats very often so I decided to see if I could talk her into it and it didn't take much convincing, so we all packed up stuff and headed for the boat... Our friend Claudia came along too (she's been like family to Mike and Amber for a long time).

Amber enjoyed it soooooo much, I haven't seen her smile or be in that good of a mood for a while now 😀 . She and Aaralyn had so much fun together. We anchored the boat out by the lighthouse and we ALL went swimming... had a little argument getting Aaralyn out of the water and back on the boat when it was time of course 😉 On the way back in at about 9pm both girls went to the bed in the cabin, snuggled up with each other and fell asleep, so the adults took advantage of that and took our time getting back to the marina. It was such a beautiful night with a beautiful perfectly half moon and a sky full of stars! It actually was kind of romantic still 😍

It sounds like the girls have been having a really good relationship from all your recent posts. Glad you all had a nice time

It's going pretty good. I'm on one week, off one week, every other week, so lovin all the time off right now. When I'm here, it's just me in the office because we're down to one person for the summer. Some of the same stuff is going on when my boss was here, but she's much improved 😉 Thanks for askin hun! Actually those 2 have pretty much gotten along and have had a good relationship right from the start. Aaralyn totally looks up to Amber as a big sister and I think Aaralyn kinda helps fill a little void that Amber feels missing her younger 1/2 siblings that live with her mom. Aaralyn can annoy Amber sometimes just as any "little sister" could but they really have a very close relationship 🙂
