i ordered some shoes a week ago for mason any way they didnt arrive so the shop sent some more now i recieved a email staing i was lying about recieving first pair as they were sent back unable to get a signature... 😠 i have asked the postie and he said he would have put card through now this woman (owner is calling me a liar ansd sayin she is goin to get legal advice)cos i said i didnt recieve first pair and i called a her a liar..which i didnt just said i didnt recieve first pair... 😠 sorry for the rantthat has upset me now

if they were sent back unable to get a signature then that because the Royal mail were unable to get a signature, not that you refused to sign for them.

Either way they got the 1st pair back so what are they are bellyaching about?

They have no way of proving you are lying.

They would not get anywhere legally.

They cant prove it if there was no signature then you didnt sign for them and technically you never got them!!!!!

ok, that's stupid, they know you didn't keep them if you never signed for them and they were returned anyway so what are they whining about anyway!!?? 🤔
