are you a weightwatcher or a slimming world?

I did go to slimming world and lost 2 stone- I thought I could do it myself but BIG mistake. I have put 1/2stone back on. Think I will be going back next week (after my meal out on Thursday) 😊

I still can not shift any weight its really wierd i use to loose weight quite easily 🙁
