Green and Oolong Tea

I've heard that drinking Green Tea or Oolong Tea can aid fertility. Has anyone else heard of this and tried it?

I'm 38 and TTC for the first time. Only been trying for 2 months and know it's early days but because of my age I'm up for trying anything that may speed up the process. Also starting Acupuncture next week.

Would be great to hear from anyone.

Well I never heard of green tea aiding fertility and never even heard of Oolong tea, but I hope you conceive soon - best of luck.

I've not heard of this either.

I would suggest lots of sex especially around 8-10 days after your period onwards as if your cycle is regular, that's just before you will ovulate 😀 I mention this as I always use 'natural family planning' and it worked well for me. It took me 4 months to conceive this time.

I'm 42 and having my second (first a week off my 33rd birthday) so just relax and I'm sure it will happen.
