Grrrrr.... had a little problem with the toilette flushing so got the good ol' plunger and f***ed my back right up again doing it!!
I had a fall at the beginning of my pregnancy and screwed up my lower back (really did it stopping the fall) every once in a while I can do something and hurt it again for a few days.... well, thursday at work I was opening the window and messed it up so been sore for a few days now... the plunging just put it in the wrong position and now the whole bottom of my back is killing me!! ðŸ˜
I finally have health insurance again, guess I'll be going to the Dr about my back now (it's about time!)

i did my back in when i was 13 and the drs told me it was all in my head 😲 i still suffer now, so kinda know how you feel. get to the drs and get it sorted hun xxx
😘 coming ur way i know i banged my monkey bone and there av been times when im literally on my hands and knees with the pain hope it gets better soon

I've done my back in a few times, I suffered a lot when I was a teen too Stacey, it was posture problems mostly but the dr also blamed it on the poor desings of school chairs and desks and I had to wear my bag with both straps (so uncool at the time lol).
Charlotte jumped on me once while I was lying on my front watching TV, its not been right since 😢

Thank you guys! I have an appointment with a new Dr who I hopefully will like and will be my primary physician from now on... and hopefully he can refer me to whomever can make my back betta!!
