Just ranting........ Sorry

I am being to get so annoyed lately evrything is getting on my nerves. The hubby, the house, doctors,

I am so peed of after Teleah dieing i keep getting upset about the smallest things none of which are that important..
The hubby keeps getting on at me as have been out with the kids alot this week and not had much time to do anything else.
I think i may very well be depressed bujt the doctors say i am just grieving but i feel like i have some post-natal depression.
At the moment i feel like i just cant seem to get anything right everything i do is wrong and i nearly always end up crying myself to sleep but the problem is i hate asking for help ever since i moved out of my parents 5yrs ago.
How do i cope with all this with out driving myself insane.
Plus I think Meleah may have colic as she is always grumpy around 8pm at night.

😘 hun

talk to you GP (tell the receptionist you want to see a dr urgently) and see if he can help you.

I've never had to deal with a death of a child, i couldn't begin to imagine how hard it must be for you, no wonder you feel overwhelmed. 😘

i remember feeling very low after having George (looking back I should have said something but I didn't). I didn't want people thinking I couldn't cope.

Thats exactly how i feel i dont want people thinking im useless and cant cope its horrible

😘 's hun, there's nothing wrong with asking for help at all, take all the help you can get right now it's a sad and overwhelming time for you, anyone would need some kind of help to get through what you've gone through 😘

Even though i have 2 other children kit felt like i had only just become a mum to twins and started getting used to that then she dies and know i have to try and get through that it just doesnt seem at all fair

Oh sweetie!!!! 😘

Talk to another Doctor - change your GP practice if you need to! Talk to your Health Visitor too! It maybe grief - but grief does make you feel low and depressed!

You poor babe! xxxxxx
