well iv been run down and sick over the weekend...

and this mornin iv woken up with the biggest cold ever!! i cant breath thru my nose,iv got so much rubbish on my chest... seems this is what caused my over exhaustion before! ahh what wonderful things the weather gives us hey!! 🤒

😘 😘 Hope you feel better soon, sounds a bit like the cold I've had. I came home from work and went to bed and slept until the next morning 😲 then I woke up with a snotty nose and just really bungd up. Then i got a cough grrr. I'm nearly better now but I've had it a couple of weeks now.

Get yourself some Albas oil and the tissues, get yourself cosy on the sofa and get Kev to look after you xx

kev moans at me for olbas oil as it is lol! i love it and cover everything in it wen im bunged up,he comes in the room and it makes his eyes stream haha!! its got such a lovely refreshing smell!!

been buisy today so havent really had the time to think about meself being bunged up - other than when i was cleaning upstairs and the dust must of got up my nose - my nose was so tickley and no amount of blowing would budge whatever was up there!!

i love the smell of albas oil too. I sprinkle it on the matress when I turn it to make it smell nice.

Sounds like me last week - I walked home after going out for drinks and woke up with what I thought was an unusually dreadful hangover. Turns out it was a flu-type virus and I was off work all week 🤒 I hope you get better soon
