I have read quite a bit about windows new operating system getting released so who is going to splash out £150 for windows vista 😲

Ive got windows XP atm and its not causing me any problems!
I have it, tbh it's pointless lol, for what I use the pc for anyway, no different to xp though I only use it to go on the net and basic things.

me and the manthing are running windows Vista....i won't say anymore or i will be shot down in flames or deemed a snob!
my oh has just payed out for this today although for what reasom ive no idea. could think of plenty ways to better spend that kind of money xp was good enough for me
i went in pc world and it was £289!!!
I have it on my new P\c and so far I like it, havent had a lot of time to investigate it fully but that will come soon
I wouldn't buy it as an upgrade but Ihave it on my laptop as it is new. At the minute the only difference seems to be that half the software I want to use isn't compatible yet!
If I had the money, (which I don't!) I'd rather spend it on Ethan!

its not somethig i would go out and buy but if someone brought it me or i got a new laptop and it had it on then fine but not expecting a new lappy yet only had this one last novenber lol

Vista is not worth the money, it's currently full of bugs and is highly incompatible with alot of software programs and games, this is just Bill gates trying to make alot more cash to line his already bulging pockets...Plus the plan is to make you spend over £300 on a graphics card which will be compatible with it's Direct X 11...as a PC engineer by trade, I advise to stay well away until it's bug free and 100% compatible with software and games.
my dad has it on his new laptop and has loads of compatibility issues. He couldn`t even get his modem to work to start with and had no Internet for 3 days 😲
