Need help! Please :)

Does anyone have a Creative Zen Micro MP3 player and still have the software disc?
I've changed PCs since i last put music on my MP3 player and cant find any software that will link my MP3 player to my pc.
Can anyone help?
I've tried downloading it off the Creative site but it still wont recognise my MP3 player on my pc - keeps telling me to attach it when its already attached! I want to put some new songs on my MP3 player for when i go into to have bubs 🙁
Or does anyone have a software disc or any sites where i can down load the software? Thanks in advance xxx
